There are 67 days remaining in 2025.

That means there’s still time to finish the year strong — and to set up a powerful start to 2026.

This season is about you — your goals, your dreams, your questions, your timeline.

We grow to the level of the questions we ask ourselves. So as we round out the year, here are some key thinking-time questions and focus points to help you reflect, realign, and recharge your momentum.

1. Recalibrate

Finishing 2025 strong doesn’t mean working harder — it means realigning your actions.

Clarity creates power.

Slow down. Access in order to progress.

Take a step back and ask yourself:

  • Where am I trying to go? 1 year, 3 year, 5 year, someday vision. What does my future potential self look like?

  • What does success actually look like for me right now?

  • What adjustments do I need to make in my daily actions to ensure I’m on that path?

This is the time to make sure your direction matches your destination.

2. Flex the Gratitude Muscle

Reflection fuels progress.

Gratitude is one of the strongest tools you have for focus, peace, and growth.

We work on growing a lot of muscles in the gym. Let's work on and flex that gratitude muscle.

Think about your wins in 2025 — big and/or small.

Maybe it was a new commitment that you stayed consistent with, a new client, an investment, a fitness milestone, a personal breakthrough, or simply showing up consistently when it was hard.

Write them down. Celebrate them. Gratitude is the fuel that sustains momentum.

3. Life Audit

Take a deep, honest look at your world.

Zoom out to look at your life from an airplane-view perspective. Be real with yourself. It can hurt. That's a good thing. It means you're being honest. Softening the blow might "feel good" in the right now, but in the long term you're appreciate being real with yourself and holding yourself accountable to changing the areas that will grow your life for the better.

Build a firm foundation before adding on the walls and the roof.

What’s working? What’s not? What areas need your attention — and what can you let go of?

This isn’t about perfection; it’s about awareness. You can’t fix what you don’t acknowledge.

7Fs to help guide thoughts: Faith. Family. Fitness. Finance. Friends/Fun. Food. Philanthropy (no, it doesn't start with a F, but it sounds like it and we should all be giving time, talent, and/or treasure to causes that we support.

4. Relationship Audit

We are the sum total of the people we spend the most time with.

The relationships that we keep determine the success that we reap.

The strength of your relationships is a piece of the foundation of your resilience and growth.

What we tune into, we turn into.

Ask yourself:

  • Who’s in my inner circle right now?

  • Who do I need to spend more time with to grow into the next version of myself?

  • Who do I need to spend less time with — not out of judgment, but because our seasons have shifted?

  • What new relationships would help me achieve my next breakthrough?

You are the power of your team. Be intentional about who’s around you.

5. Net Worth Tracker

We can’t grow what we don’t measure. What's important to us, we track.

Part of building wealth is knowing exactly where you’re at.

Take inventory of your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses.

Be real with yourself — not judgmental, just honest. That’s your foundation.

Now, ask:

What will I do in 2026 to increase my net worth by ___%?

Maybe it’s:

  • Paying down debt

  • Investing in real estate (we can help with that)

  • Partnering with a financial planner

  • Building a new income stream

And if you don’t yet have a financial consultant, this may be the perfect time to add that relationship to your team.

6. Business Planning for 2026

Clarity creates focus.
When you know your business targets, your daily actions gain purpose.

Ask yourself:

  • What’s the big goal for next year?

  • What are the key drivers that will get me there?

  • Which activities am I doing that “feel” productive but don’t actually move the needle?

Just because something works short-term doesn’t mean it’s aligned long-term.
Design your 2026 plan with your future vision in mind.

7. Life Planning for 2026

Imagine it’s December 31, 2026.

The future version of you looks back at this moment and says:

“Here’s what I did in 2026 that made it an amazing year…”

What would they say?

Think through these categories:

  • Business: What did you build?

  • Financial: How did your wealth grow?

  • Personal: What habits did you master? What was your Misogi for the year?

  • Relationships: Who did you connect with deeply? What relationship moves did you make?

  • Health: How did you take care of yourself physically and mentally?

Write it out. Speak it out. Plan it out.

Then, take action on one thing today that your future self will thank you for.
