DJ Quarles is a husband, father of 3, real estate leader, investor, and influencer known for his resourcefulness and spotting opportunities, commitment to learning, and consistency and intentionality in getting better every day. DJ lives by the quote, "Environment is the invisible hand that shapes human behavior." The people that you surround yourself with are a major factor in life. DJ says that being in a community, having relationships with very high-level leaders, asking questions, listening, and taking notes are some keys to success. He always carries a notebook, "what you hear you forget, what you write down you remember. This, along with a passion for helping others grow, is part of why, in DJ's 7 years in real estate, he has been trusted to be a part of over 1,000 sales, totaling 280 million in sales volume, while growing a private real estate investment portfolio.
