DJ says that being in a community, having relationships with very high-level leaders, asking questions, listening, and taking notes are some keys to success. He always carries a notebook, "what you hear you forget, what you write down you remember. This, along with a passion for helping others grow, is part of why, in DJ's 7 years in real estate, he has been trusted to be a part of over 1,000 sales, totaling 400 million in sales volume, while growing a private real estate investment portfolio.
